Office Management
Your tasks:
- Assistance tasks, order preparation and invoicing
- Support with fleet management
- Accounting support (e.g. preparation of receipts)
- Various administrative tasks (e.g. telephone service, answering e-mails, preparing various documents)
What you bring with you:
- Completed commercial training
- Good PC user skills
- Accounting knowledge an advantage
- Organizational talent, ability to work in a team, accuracy, flexibility
- Logical thinking and very good communication skills
