Shredding & sieving
Shredding with high-speed rotor
We shred bark, logs, splinters, slabs and wood residues for you. Our machines process diameters of approx. 80 cm for softwood and approx. 60 cm for hardwood. We produce your desired grain size with interchangeable screens from 60 mm to 120 mm hole size. Our shredders are drum chippers from the Komptech brand (Donar 5810K, Donar 510, Axtor 8012, Axtor 6210 and Axtor 6010)
Shredding with slow speed
We shred green cuttings, rootstocks, waste wood and waste with planing or sickle teeth on the twin-shaft shredder. Our machines are low-speed Komptech machines (Crambo direct 5200 and 6200 mechanical / E-Crambo (electric) / Crambo 5000 and 6000 hydraulic). A single-shaft shredder from the Komptech brand (Terminator) is available for the pre-shredding of waste. The desired shredding size can be easily set using the counter comb.
Screening and feeding
We screen compost, waste and biomass for you, with our own feed if required. We use mobile drum screens (10, 15, 25 and 80 mm) and mobile star screens (Multistar One as an overlength separator and Multistar L3 – a 3 fraction screen (fine grain, medium grain, oversize grain), and we have material handlers, telescopic handlers and wheel loaders in our range for feeding work.
