The DONAR 510 V - the professional PTO chipper from TCS. The machine is designed for tractors with an output of 250 hp and above and can be flexibly adapted to all chipping requirements from P16 to P100 (G30 to G100). Thanks to the generous intake width of 1200 mm and height of 800 mm, even bulky material can be fed in effortlessly - ideal for shrub cuttings and logs up to 800 mm in diameter. The massive, closed rotor with a diameter of 1000 mm generates an enormous mass moment of inertia and ensures perfect traction when shredding. The result: an unmatched throughput in this class with the best chip quality.

of the DONAR 510 V

The DONAR 510 V offers many technical refinements that increase its performance and ease of maintenance.

- Large oil cooler with automatic reversing.
- Aggressive apron feeder for continuous material feed.
- A 6-blade rotor is fitted as standard. A 12-knife rotor is available as an option, offering maximum flexibility. Like the standard rotor, this can be operated with 6 knives or flexibly converted to 12 knives to guarantee maximum throughput with minimum fines when producing small woodchippings.
- The load-dependent feed control optimizes the even material feed.

No one is immune to impurities in the chopped material. The combination of the extremely robust, enclosed rotor with the optional hydraulic counter-blade offers maximum protection against serious damage from foreign matter. This saves costs and avoids unplanned downtimes.

Blower tube

The ejector pipe enables precise and loss-free loading of woodchippings and is available as a front or rear attachment, with the option of a folding blower pipe.

Blower

The blower speed can be adjusted hydraulically, steplessly and independently of the chipper drum speed to suit all applications, from the highest chip quality to difficult materials.

Strainer basket

The hydraulic opening of the blower enables a tool-free screen basket change with the loading crane from the driver’s cab in just 5 minutes.
